About

With 20+ years as a Fortune 500 leader navigating complex organizational environments from the inside, Sabine partners with organizations to strengthen the effectiveness of high-potential leaders and teams when the stakes, visibility, and expectations are high. During her corporate career, Sabine led strategic initiatives at Fortune 500 companies, including Oracle and Adobe, partnering with executives across five continents during periods of significant organizational change and growth. That insider experience gives her a distinct advantage in understanding the realities leaders and teams face inside complex organizations, including the often-unspoken dynamics that shape decisions and what it takes to build alignment, expand influence, and drive results. Today, Sabine serves as a strategic partner who champions and challenges leaders and teams to elevate their effectiveness. Drawing on both Fortune 500 leadership experience and advanced training in executive coaching, neuroscience, and trauma-informed practice, she helps leaders surface what is actually getting in the way and navigate it so they can create greater value for their organizations. While Sabine works successfully with leaders from all backgrounds, her lived experience as a Black woman and working mother in senior leadership gives her particular insight into the experiences of women leaders and leaders of color as they navigate visibility, credibility, and influence in organizations where they are underrepresented.
