During her 36-year career in leadership, Robin has driven growth, leadership development, innovation and performance in varied industries and roles, from guiding restaurant GMs in creative solutions, to her design and delivery of an 18-week leadership program. Whether speaking to groups of 200+, leading retreats, Team/Group Coaching, or 1:1 Executive Coaching, she swiftly identifies critical growth opportunities and actionable strategies to establish new levels of success, innovation and Healthy High Performance in leaders and their organizations. A lifelong leader, Robin's efforts have led to increasing job applicants from 300 to 1K in one season, creating an ongoing 27+ year Leader In Training program (impacting 5000+), and supporting GM's leading hundreds to succeed. Executive Leaders she's supported have driven organizational retention, efficiency and change management as they evolved their strengths. With specialties in Executive Function/ Neurodivergence, Women's Leadership and EQ tools as well, she continually serves to support and promote leaders to rise and thrive, without burnout. In 2024, Robin founded Vital Executive Evolution, an executive and leadership development firm. Client companies include KPMG, Centura Health, Coors & Miller Coors Brewing, Environmental Chemical Corporation, and Fresh Ale Pubs. Robin combines cross-industry training for a "Whole Leader, Whole Life" approach. Completing an M.A. degree in Experiential & Adventure Education from Prescott College, she is also certified as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (1998), an Inpowered Corporate Coach®, and an Executive Coach --Quantum Endeavors® (2024) with over 8000 coaching hours spanning 26 years.
