Bea Kim is a Certified Executive Coach recognized by Forbes for leadership and executive coaching and named a Top 100 Empowerment Speaker by Engage. She brings over 20 years of experience across tech, DEI, education, and wellness, partnering with leaders inside organizations as they navigate growth, transition, and recalibration. She has founded and led companies in the EdTech, DEI, and coaching spaces, and served as a group coach at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her practice draws on Co-Active coaching, systems thinking, somatics, and the Enneagram. Bea holds a BA from Stanford University and a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
