Laurel Talbot is a leadership and HR consultant, executive coach, and educator with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and organizations through growth, transition, and change. She partners with leaders and teams to strengthen communication, navigate complexity, and build cultures where people can do their best work. In addition to my experience leading the development and retention of talent, I completed specific training and certifications in HR and coaching, which enable me to support my client companies with best practices in both. Certifications include Society for Human Resource Management- Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), International Coaching Federation- Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC).
