As a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Will has held senior roles in time-critical, high-stakes environments across engineering, research & development (R&D), and new product introduction (NPI). He’s led organizations through complex transitions, guided multi-million-dollar product launches, and coached technical professionals to thrive in leadership roles. As a management consultant, Will facilitated leadership workshops on 15 distinct topics - delivered both in-person and online - for groups of up to 50 professionals across a wide range of industries. His sessions were known for being highly interactive, insightful, and grounded in real-world leadership challenges. As an adjunct professor at McGill University, he designed and delivered a new, highly regarded graduate-level engineering course on computer-integrated manufacturing for groups of 30 students. In 2024, Will launched his own firm focused on the development of leaders at all levels and performance consulting.
