She successfully led teams through re-orgs and an IPO, with a strong track record of operational rigor, employee engagement, and loyalty. Erica is uniquely positioned to support leaders in accelerating leadership effectiveness and finding opportunities in high-stakes challenges. In 2021, Erica pursued her passion for developing the next generation of leaders and founded Gydewell, an executive coaching and leadership development company. She has supported hundreds of leaders to strengthen their leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and business outcomes through Gydewell’s individual and group programs. Erica blends practical strategies and human-centered skills to inspire, engage, and retain high-performing talent in dynamic organizations. Gydewell's clients include Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups across all industries. Erica holds an Executive Coach Certification from Quantum Endeavors, Inc. (ICF-accredited) and is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
