I spent 30 years as a consultant and executive coach with Gallup, working with leaders and managers in the U.S. and Asia Pacific region on strengths based talent and team development. I worked with the first client to ever utilize the CliftonStrengths assessment, led hundreds of leader and manager development programs and trained over 800 individuals to become CliftonStrengths Certified Coaches.
