Prior to founding Michelle Pollack Coaching, Michelle served as an executive, liaison, and advisor to creatives, producers, and investors in the entertainment industry. As Associate Producer, she collaborated with producers and their investors on award-winning Broadway productions such as Avenue Q and Baz Luhrmann's La Boheme on Broadway. She then went on to work as a Creative Executive in television on shows like The New Adventures of Old Christine, Without A Trace, and The Unit. Subsequently, she worked as a creative consultant on the award-winning production of "GREASE, LIVE!" for Paramount Television and FOX. Since 2016, Michelle has partnered with over 150 executives and leaders across industries including Legal, Advertising, Entertainment, Higher Education, Non-Profit, Marketing, Entrepreneurs, and Startup Leaders to accelerate growth, strengthen culture, and drive organizational impact. Her clients have achieved significant results, from rapid promotions and cultural transformations to business expansion and successful leadership transitions. Known by her clients as their "secret weapon," Michelle's tailored approach to executive coaching has elevated leaders from companies such as Netflix, Bank of America, Tag Heuer, Zendesk, BBDO, Johns Hopkins University, Columbia University, Fisher & Paykel, and more. A graduate of Northwestern University's School of Communication, she is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Playing Big Facilitator, and is trained in Positive Intelligence. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
