Andrea brings 12+ years of C-suite partnership, global coaching and facilitation experience, and a distinctive background as a professional opera singer to her work with leaders and teams. Her close partnership with senior leaders through high-stakes moments, change and transition, and competing organizational priorities gave her a firsthand understanding of how leadership is shaped by trust, judgment, relationships, timing, and the ability to lead well under pressure.
